1. Shipping & Delivery
- Timeframe: 4–5 working days (includes production time).
- Insurance: All packages are fully insured within Pakistan.
- Address: Customers are responsible for providing a correct address. Please specify if your shipping address differs from your billing address at checkout.
- Tracking: You will receive an Order ID via Email/SMS once shipped. Track your status on our “Track My Order” page.
- 2. Returns & Refunds
Requirement: Return items with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return.
Method: Use a traceable courier (at the customer’s expense).
Refunds: Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the item.
